Hello Harm Reduction Film Maker, Thank-you for making such amazing films! We are writing you today on behalf of the Harm Reduction Coalition (HRC) in the US. http://harmreduction.org/ The Harm Reduction Coalition has been including a film festival in its national conference now since 2006. The next conference is coming up in San Diego Nov. 3-6, 2016. The deadline for submissions is July 15, 2016. Unfortunately, there is no funding for the film festival. It is entirely volunteer run and so we cannot offer any stipends for attending the conference. However, if you are planning on attending the conference, let us know, we will be giving all film makers the opportunity to present on their films,either before or after the screening.
