Harper Online town hall (marijuana legalization, etc)

Harper is doing an online town-hall via google/youtube (youtube.com/talkcanada) and so far marijuana legalization is the #1, #2 and #3 question, and drug policy/crime are 6 of the top 10. Harper has announced he will answer the top questions. The media is watching, so even if he snubs us, we'll get coverage.
